If you have lost access to your plusfi email, we can help you reset it!

As a way of securing your account whenever a suspicious activity is detected in an account we always lock the account for security.

Please send the following details to support@plusfi.io

1. Your full name
2. Your user name
3. The current email
4. The new email (if any)
5. The reason(s) you are requesting the change (if applied)
6. A picture of you holding a white paper with the words "Pusfi" and today's date boldly written on top.
7. A clear copy of your government-issued ID (International Passport, Voters Card, Driver's License. National Identity Card)

Once your email is received, a reset would be made within 12hours if everything checks out.
