9.10. To use data analytics to improve our Services, user experiences and to optimize service delivery;
9.11. For other purposes for which we provide specific notice at the time of collection;
9.12. To comply with Data Protection Legislation and any other applicable laws.

We will only use Your Personal Information for the stated purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another purpose and that purpose is compatible with the original purpose. If You wish to get an explanation as to how the processing for the new purpose is compatible with the original purpose, please contact us.

Plusfi shall not be responsible for any loss that arises in relation to Your Account as a result of the disclosure of Your password to any third party.
